About Me

Hello! I'm an Istanbul-based, English-speaking clinical psychologist and psychotherapist providing face-to-face and online psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, families and adults. I mainly work with a psychodynamic approach with adults, and use an integration of psychodynamic and systemic perspectives while working with children and adolescents. In my work with children and adolescents, I usually incorporate parents and other family members into therapy and work with the whole family system. Apart from psychotherapy, I also provide short-term counseling and psycho-educational services to parents to support them throughout their child-rearing journeys.

I graduated with a B.A. degree in Psychology from Koc University in Istanbul, an M.A. degree in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Roehampton in London, and another M.A. degree in the Clinical Psychology program at Istanbul Bilgi University. ​I've been working in the field since 2012, and have been providing psychotherapy services in English and Turkish in my private practice since 2015.

I work with a holistic perspective, integrating psychodynamic, systemic, play-based and bodily-focused approaches into my work. Overall, I work with a humanistic and eclectic framework, valuing a personalized service that is tailor-made to meet my clients' needs.
